Here at Crossroads, we love others, big time. And when it comes to your students, this is no exception. Here with us they will find love, acceptance, and most importantly, Jesus.
Everything that we do for your student centers around Acts 2:42-47 when we are told of the Fellowship of the Believers in the early church. For us, this breaks down into four main areas of focus:
The Word – Teaching your students how to read it for themselves and let God transform them through it.
Prayer – A conversation with God that changes your student from the inside out.
Fellowship – They will find Biblical community here that they desperately need and desire.
Mission – The Bible calls us to more than going to church and being good people; it calls us to go and do, to live and love!
If it doesn’t fall into one of these categories, we as a student ministry don’t do it! This isn’t youth ministry for the sake of youth ministry. We are going to partner with parents to challenge students to be more like Jesus and chase after Him with all that they have. We have two main avenues in this endeavor:
Wednesday Night at 6:00 pm we have youth worship upstairs. In this time we will fellowship, worship, and study the Bible together. In the summers, this happens at the Gardner’s Home.
Sunday mornings at 9:30 am we have youth Sunday school where we meet together in our age groups and dig deeper into the Word of God together.
Hope to see you and your student join us at Crossroads soon. We would love to run this race for the King with you!
