If you are interested in joining the church, we are glad to help! At the conclusion of every Worship Service is a time of invitation, where you may come forward and join Crossroads. Our ministers and deacons are always available and ready to answer your questions and help to guide you through this process.

Crossroads is a church where nobody stands alone. Connecting people with people and the study of God’s Word are the ultimate purposes of our Sunday School classes and small-group Bible studies. We have Sunday School classes for everyone—regardless of marital status or age; and regardless of whether you are just beginning to explore Christ’s claims or have been a Christ-follower for a long time.

We encourage all adults to get plugged in to a ministry at Crossroads as soon as possible. Through our Sunday School classes every person is provided an opportunity to build key relationships that can last a lifetime. We also encourage you to get involved in the incredible Bible study opportunities during the week.

At Crossroads we believe Baptism is by immersion after salvation. A believers choices to be baptized  in obedience to Jesus Christ’s command (Matthew 3:15–17; Acts 2:38). Baptism is a public declaration of the believer’s personal faith in Christ and is an illustration of what Christ did for sinners on the Cross through His death, burial and Resurrection.

Baptism is a picture of our identification with Christ through His death, burial and resurrection. The word baptize in the New Testament means “to immerse,” “to submerge” or “to place under.” Scripture says that Jesus “came up out of the water” when He was baptized.

To make made arrangements to be baptized or for more information on believers baptism, please call the church office (901-309-7777).

After you have scheduled your baptism date: The day of your baptism, please arrive for instruction at 10:00 AM (30 minutes prior to the Worship Service). Be sure to bring pants and undergarments to wear during the baptism; we will provide a baptism T-shirt. For your convenience, towels and hair dryers are also provided.
